Our Story
Hi... I'm Pete and I live in Berkshire. My kids have grown up and have fled the nest!
Professionally, I'm an application developer coding in PHP and other languages, building Azure cloud infrastructure, implementing secure networks and databases and supporting my colleagues at work.
In my free time I'm usually outdoors, often on my mountain bike or riding upon our railways. I enjoy overseas travel but I also find myself drawn towards London which is my home city.
For geocaching, I obtained my first GPS receiver in 2003 and was tracking down caches including those classed as "Open Caching". I joined Geocaching.com with my account created in 2007 and for the next few years was finding caches but not logging them online. My first online log dates from 2010. I think 2027 will see me mark my two decades of caching.
I've been a regular attendee at the Cunning Cachers events, and in recent years have been to all the recent mega events. This has been a positive aspect of my life and has created a great family of friends.
To help me code, I do like to drink caffeine. It keeps me afloat when everything around you drags you down. If you appreciate my work and would like to support my creativity,
I'd like to offer you the chance to donate a coffee. You can do this at BuyMeAcoffee.
If you do buy me a coffee, I will class you as a legend and will truly appreciate your kindness.

Our Vision
Using geocaching as a conduit for our non-work life, we develop ourselves as better people, through attending events and having caching excursions.
