London Calling - a weekend festival of geocaching in London!

Themed around Sherlock Holmes (fully in the public domain and copyright free from the beginning of the year), LC23 featured a side-event in the gardens of St Paul's cathedral, the mega event at St.Mary's in Marylebone, an evening event at the same location and a CITO (cache in trash out) litter pick at Wimbledon Common the following morning.

At the mega there were plenty of Adventure Labs to solve including plenty of gadgets to work. There were traders, a large table for trackable swaps, and plenty of people to chat to too.

Geocaching mascot Signal The Frog had flown in from Seattle USA too and the event marked my own personal five thousandth logged cache.

I can only commend the organisers for what was a fantastic and well-constructed weekend which I know took over a year to plan.
